RN Service Center provides professional CCTV and security-related services, including:

- CCTV Camera Repair
- CCTV Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
- 24/7 CCTV Monitoring Support
- CCTV Camera Sales
- DVR and NVR installation and support
- CCTV wiring and networking
- Remote viewing and mobile monitoring setup
- General CCTV troubleshooting and technical support
Services may vary depending on the customer’s requirements, site conditions, equipment, availability, and technical feasibility.
2. Service Enquiries and Quotations
Customers may contact RN Service Center through the website, phone, email, or other available communication channels.
Any quotation or estimate provided by RN Service Center may depend on:
- Site location
- Number and type of cameras
- Installation requirements
- Cable length and routing
- DVR/NVR requirements
- Storage requirements
- Networking requirements
- Existing infrastructure
- Equipment and material prices
- Labour and installation requirements
A quotation is not considered a confirmed order until it has been accepted by the customer and any required advance payment or booking confirmation has been completed.
3. CCTV Installation Services
RN Service Center will make reasonable efforts to install CCTV equipment professionally and according to the agreed requirements.
The final camera position and coverage may be affected by:
- Building structure
- Walls and ceilings
- Electrical infrastructure
- Network availability
- Lighting conditions
- Customer preferences
- Physical accessibility
- Existing wiring or equipment
Additional work or materials not included in the original quotation may result in additional charges.
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the installation location and ensuring that required permissions are available.
4. CCTV Camera Repair
We provide troubleshooting and repair services for CCTV cameras and related equipment.
Repair requirements may include inspection of:
- CCTV cameras
- DVR/NVR
- Power supplies
- Adapters
- Connectors
- Cables
- Network equipment
- Storage devices
- Remote viewing configuration
A diagnosis may be required before the final repair cost can be determined.
If a component requires replacement, the replacement cost will normally be charged separately unless it is specifically included in an agreed service package.
RN Service Center cannot guarantee successful repair of equipment that is severely damaged, obsolete, physically broken, water-damaged, burnt, or otherwise beyond economical repair.
5. CCTV AMC
Annual Maintenance Contracts may include periodic inspection, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technical support according to the selected AMC plan.
The exact services covered under an AMC will depend on the package agreed with the customer.
Unless specifically included in the AMC agreement, the following may be charged separately:
- Replacement cameras
- DVR/NVR replacement
- Hard drives
- Power supplies
- Adapters
- Cables
- Connectors
- Major rewiring
- New installations
- Additional cameras
- Other replacement hardware or materials
AMC services do not automatically guarantee replacement of defective equipment unless such replacement is expressly included in the agreed AMC package.
6. 24/7 Monitoring
Where 24/7 monitoring or remote monitoring support is provided, the service is subject to the availability and reliability of:
- Internet connectivity
- Electricity
- CCTV equipment
- DVR/NVR
- Network infrastructure
- Mobile applications
- Cloud services, where applicable
- Third-party service providers
RN Service Center cannot guarantee uninterrupted monitoring where service interruption is caused by internet failure, power failure, equipment failure, third-party platforms, network outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
CCTV monitoring should not be considered a replacement for emergency services, security guards, police, fire services, or other emergency response systems.
7. CCTV Camera Sales
Product availability, specifications, brands, models, prices, and warranty terms may change without prior notice.
Products supplied may include different types of CCTV equipment such as:
- Dome cameras
- Bullet cameras
- PTZ cameras
- IP/network cameras
- Night-vision cameras
- Wireless cameras
- DVRs
- NVRs
- Hard drives
- Power supplies
- Networking equipment
- CCTV accessories
The exact product supplied will be based on the quotation or order accepted by the customer.
Where products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, warranty claims may be subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
8. Product Warranty
Warranty coverage, where applicable, is determined by the manufacturer or supplier and the specific product purchased.
Warranty may not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation
- Electrical surges
- Lightning
- Water or moisture
- Physical damage
- Accidental damage
- Unauthorized modification
- Tampering
- Improper use
- Negligence
- Natural disasters
- Other circumstances outside the manufacturer’s warranty conditions
Customers may be required to provide the invoice, serial number, or other purchase information when making a warranty claim.
9. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated to the customer before work begins or an order is confirmed.
Depending on the project, payment may be required as:
- Advance payment
- Partial advance and balance after installation
- Full payment on delivery
- Payment according to agreed project milestones
- AMC payment according to the agreed contract
Any additional work or materials requested after approval of the original quotation may be billed separately.
10. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers should inform RN Service Center as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellation, refund, or rescheduling terms may depend on:
- Work already completed
- Materials already purchased
- Products already supplied
- Technician travel
- Special-order equipment
- Installation preparation
- The specific agreement made with the customer
Any applicable refund will be processed according to the agreed payment and cancellation terms.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact and site information
- Providing access to the installation or service location
- Providing necessary permissions for installation
- Providing electricity and internet connectivity where required
- Providing access to existing CCTV equipment
- Informing us about known electrical or structural issues
- Keeping account and device credentials secure
- Using CCTV systems in accordance with applicable laws
Customers must not request installation or monitoring intended for unlawful surveillance or unauthorized access to another person’s private space.
12. CCTV Privacy and Legal Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of CCTV equipment complies with applicable laws and regulations.
This may include requirements relating to:
- Privacy
- Personal data
- Recording of individuals
- Audio recording
- Workplace surveillance
- Residential surveillance
- Public-area monitoring
- Notices or permissions where required
RN Service Center provides technical installation and support services and does not provide legal advice regarding CCTV placement or surveillance laws.
Customers should obtain appropriate legal advice where necessary.
13. Recorded Footage and Data
Unless otherwise specifically agreed, the customer is responsible for the storage, management, backup, and protection of CCTV recordings.
RN Service Center is not responsible for loss of recorded footage caused by:
- Hard-drive failure
- DVR/NVR failure
- Power failure
- Accidental deletion
- Overwriting
- Network failure
- Device damage
- Malware or unauthorized access
- Incorrect configuration
- Insufficient storage capacity
- Other technical or external circumstances
Customers should maintain appropriate backups of important recordings.
14. Remote Access and Password Security
Where remote viewing or mobile CCTV access is configured, customers are responsible for protecting their usernames, passwords, verification codes, and other login credentials.
Customers should:
- Use strong passwords
- Avoid sharing credentials unnecessarily
- Change default passwords
- Enable available security features
- Keep mobile applications and devices updated
RN Service Center will not be responsible for unauthorized access resulting from credentials being shared, compromised, exposed, or improperly managed by the customer.
15. Limitation of Liability
RN Service Center will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable services and professional technical support.
However, CCTV systems cannot guarantee prevention of theft, intrusion, vandalism, accidents, or other incidents.
The presence of a CCTV system does not guarantee that an incident will be detected, recorded, transmitted, or prevented.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RN Service Center will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use, failure, interruption, or malfunction of CCTV equipment or related services.
16. Third-Party Products and Services
CCTV systems may use products and services provided by third parties, including camera manufacturers, DVR/NVR manufacturers, internet providers, cloud platforms, mobile applications, hosting providers, and networking providers.
RN Service Center is not responsible for changes, interruptions, failures, or limitations caused by third-party products or services.
Third-party products remain subject to their respective manufacturer’s or provider’s terms and warranty policies.
17. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current.
However, product specifications, availability, service details, pricing, images, and other information may change from time to time.
